Carpet Cleaning

Our six step deep cleaning process is as advanced as it is thorough, blending standard industry practices with a meticulous attention which allows us to tackle the toughest of challenges including stains and high-traffic areas.

CLEANER

Our Process

  • Assessment & Vaccum

    We assess the health and condition of your carpet, checking for any pre-existing damage that will require extra care and attention. We will then vacuum the area thoroughly to prepare the carpet for cleaning.

  • Pre-Spray Treatment

    We then pre-treat the carpet with chemical solutions that will break down soiling and loosen any stains. During this process we will pay particular attention to heavily marked and high traffic areas.

  • Pre-Spot Treatment

    For severe stains that we have identified we will use specialised and powerful treatments. We have a wide range of products that we use to combat most stains including red wine, coffee and pet urine etc.

  • Carpet Pile Agitation

    We use a CRB machine to lift the carpet pile flattened by daily traffic and open up the carpet fibres. This helps us to agitate our cleaning solutions throughout the fibres and further loosen and remove the dirt prior to extraction.

  • Hot Water Extraction

    We now use our professional extraction machine to rinse and apply hot water to the carpet which penetrates the fibres at high pressure whilst simultaneously vacuum extracting dust, dirt and stains,

  • Odour Neutralisation

    After every clean we apply a deodoriser to help sanitize and eliminate any odours that may still remain. This step is vital in preventing the same odours from returning after the cleaning process is complete.
